Prior to the existence of the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC), the Australian Psychological Society conducted accreditation for the discipline of psychology in Australia. The following APS Accreditation Guidelines have since been replaced by the APAC Standards. While the guidelines were in existence prior to those listed below, for practical reasons the entire history has not been included on this website. Requests for older versions of the guidelines will be considered from AOUs, accrediting bodies, and government.
